I’ve been in foreclosure for a long time and dealt with the number of different companies And then I met Phil. Him and his company Were the most professional, and the most caring that I ever dealt with. Phil was always there took every phone call had so much patience with me and my family. Very Very knowledgeable and very, very helpful. Whether it was helping us stay in our house or giving us information on a short sale they are just a very buttoned up Company and again very very caring and understanding to our situation and was willing to do anything we wanted to do. They're careful not to over promise, but will fight for what you need and getting you what you want as much as possible, and you can get more than you think! We've found them to be available, honest, and willing to help in any circumstances they can, to make sure the process isn't any harder than it has to be. The scenario will probably always be stressful, the timing - moving, etc, all of those things come with unexpected events and emotions. The guys truly understand this, and I found them to be sensitive, compassionate, caring, and kind. That goes a long way. We were very worried about relocation and some other sensitive issues with a disabled family member, the guys fought for us and helped us with paper work and all the processes necessary to secure a beautiful and safe new place in the time frame we needed. They treated us with respect, no judgement, and very willing to work with our requests for privacy. They were also very understanding and able to work in consideration of health issues. The buyers they work with were also sensitive and respectful to the family in this situation, and the lawyers they helped us secure worked well to bring positive resolutions. Look no one expects to get everything in a short sale that they would have gotten if circumstances were different. If you're here, I applaud you for doing your research, as you should, to be your own best advocate. These are scary, life altering situations, and informing yourself to fight properly for what you need is always a good idea. I can say assuredly, that whether or not you've been able to educate yourself on how this insane process works, the guys at Homeowner Solutions are among the most transparent in the business.
